These "Terms and Conditions" govern the use of this website, any order placed through this website, and all contracts between us and you concluded through this website. By using this website, you accept to be bound by these Conditions. To be a customer of the website you must be a
consumer of legal age and with full legal capacity.
Products
Products offered for sale are those described on the website at the time the user consults the website, within the limit of available product stock. LWML takes the utmost care in the
presentation and description of the products, however it is possible that non-substantial errors may occur on the website, which the customer acknowledges and agrees to.
Liability
We cannot warrant that the website is always available and that the information on our website is complete, correct or up-to-date. In as far as permitted by mandatory law, we exclude any liability for damage resulting from or related to any use of the website or the information on it. Using our website will be at your own risk.
Our liability in connection with any goods purchased through the website is limited to the purchase price paid by you for the goods, unless the damage is caused by gross negligence or intent at our side.
Orders
We must receive payment for the total price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm by email to the address that you provided in your order form. This is not an order acceptance from LWML.
Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order. We will confirm the details of your order, our acceptance and dispatch by sending you an order confirmation via a second email.
In the event of supply difficulties or where goods are not available, we will inform you and reimburse any monies
already have paid.
Prices
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in the website. All prices are in shown and billed in Euros.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition and are displayed in the overview of total costs, before you submit your order. The accepted manner of payment is described on our website.
Deliveries
We will fulfil your order by the delivery date set out in the order confirmation, or if not specified, within 14 days of the date of the order confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If it is impossible to present your order at the designated address within 14 days, we will contact you before expiry of that period.
Deliveries are carried out by Colissimo, Monday to Saturday. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer. Deliveries cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes. LWML can not be held responsible for any consequences due to a delivery delay, not of their own making.
Estimated costs are outlined in the Shipping page. LWML insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased
goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by LWML and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
LWML reserve the right to decline orders where delivery of packages cannot be guarantied, the countries to which we currently ship to are defined on the SHIPPING page
Returns, Exchanges & Right to Cancel
If an item in your order does not suit you, you have a 14-day withdrawal period commencing from the receipt of your order. We will refund the cost of the order by crediting your payment card within 2 weeks of receiving it, as long as the following conditions are adhered to:
- The item(s) must be in new condition and must not have been worn or used
- It/they must be returned in their original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice.
If these conditions are not adhered to, we will be unable to refund or exchange the article, which will be returned to you at your own expense. Your right to cancel your contract with us for the goods you have ordered is subject to you emailing us within 14 days of receiving your goods and receiving a Returns Authorisation number.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you, in the way detailed above, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

You warrant that all data you provide to us via our website or otherwise is accurate. The personal data that we collect in relation to this website is subject to our Privacy Statement.

LWML is the operator of www.fiille.com. All trademarks, product and company names or logos sited herein are the
property of their respective owners. No permission is given by us in respect of the use of any such brand names,
photographs, product names or copyrights and such use may constitute an infringement of the owners rights.
Privacy Statement
You are not required to give any personal information when using the website. On the other hand, should you open an account, we collect the information necessary for invoicing and delivering your orders, such as name, address & email. The website agrees to share your contact details only with the third parties involved directly in the order process: banking establishment, delivery service, etc. The only case in which we share any personal information is when legally obligated to do so, such as in the event of a complaint, for example.
Account & Access
You can create a personal account for our website by following the registration steps described on the website. We
reserve the right to close your account and restrict or deny your access to our website if we have reason to believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions.
Statutory Law
French law applies to these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the court which has jurisdiction according to French law.
Statutory regulations on mandatory application of national or international consumer law remain unaffected.
